Write your letter with no less than 100 words. Write it neatly on ANSWER SHEET 2. Do not sign your own name at the end of the letter； use “Li Ming” instead. You do not need to write the address. (10 points)
Dear Mr. Wang，
I am writing to inform you about my decision to resign from my current position. There are a few factors involved that I find intolerable.
First of all， the salary has proven to be much lower than you originally promised， and I have a large family to support. In addition， the office is located in the downtown area， yet I live in the suburbs， so it is exhg for me to spend over three hours commuting every day. Most importantly， I feel rather disappointed and left out on the job itself， as in the past two months I was never given any really important responsibility.
I sincerely hope that you approve of my resignation. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.

一、格式
1. 称呼
指写信人对收信人的称谓敬语。一般，称呼要顶格写，称呼之后要加逗号。英语应用文称呼具有以下的特点：
(1)如果是不认识的人，一般称呼为敬词+尊称。例如，Dear Sir or Madam 或者 To Whom It May Concern (需注意每个单词首字母都大写)；
(2)如果是写给关系正式的某团体、组织或个人，称呼为敬词+尊称+名。例如，Dear Mr. Xx，或Dear Ms. Xx，；
(3)对于关系较亲密的人可以直呼其名，即 Dear Xx，。
2. 正文
正文是书信中重要的内容，也是应用文的得分关键。正文一般有两种格式：一是缩进式，即首段开头空四个字母，段落之间不空行； 另一种是齐头式，即每段开头不空格，但是各段之间空一行。建议考生采用缩进式，因为如果用齐头式，段间空行的话很可能答题空间不够，导致字数不够。
3. 落款
落款包括结束语和署名两个部分。落款要注意留出两行。一行是靠后写类似汉语"此致敬礼"的话也就是"Sincerely yours， "或者"Yours sincerely ，"一定要注意这个地方的结尾是有逗号的，如果丢掉了逗号，则会扣掉一分，请大家一定要注意。同时，还需要注意落款，落款部分不能写自己的名字。按照directions 中的要求使用名字。英语一的署名一般为Li Ming，英语二的署名一般为Zhang Wei。同时请大家注意名字后面一定不要加任何的符号。很多的考生喜欢在此打点号，请大家一定要注意，这里会被扣掉一分。
特别提示：一般情况下，考研书信类应用文不要求写日期。
